Hints on avoiding problems

  • Always enter valid transaction amounts
  • Check the reference number on the notice or the bill that you are paying
  • Do not enter the $ sign in the amount field
  • You can only pay the amount shown on your account
  • Enter only numbers - no special characters when entering your reference number
